POSITION: ASSISTANT CATERING OFFICER (1 POST)
REPORTS TO: SENIOR CATERING OFFICER
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Execute daily operations so as to ensure efficient management of the catering and in-flight process so as to uphold and maintain world class standards and procedures
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
•Ensure planned catering activities so as to ensure reliability of standards and schedules.
•Report on consumption per flight, operational challenges needing change and make available necessary data for reconciliatory purposes
•Ensure efficient and effective loading /offloading of all in-flight amenities at station and outstation so as to achieve world class operations and uphold on time performance
•To audit, monitor and verify all catering equipment and items at base and outstation on return flight so as to ensure World Class Organization are maintained
•Lease with outstation management on charges affecting operations and passenger numbers so as to make pre-requisite changes so as to ensure efficient operations

POSITION: ASSISTANT REVENUE ACCOUNTANT
REPORTS TO: TEAM LEADER - REVENUE ACCOUNTING
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
ROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT
To protect the revenues of the company by timely, complete and accurate processing and accounting for cargo and passenger sales and refunds, uplifts and interline bills
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
• Timely follow up, receipt of sales returns, manifest and inward invoices in the revenue accounting system for processing and control and reconciliation of received returns/passenger uplift & manifest and expected/processed tally.
• Timely, complete and accurate processing of assigned passenger sales, uplifts and inward bills in the revenue accounting system to ensure reporting and applicable weekly IATA billings are achieved by the due dates.
• Timely audit of inward cargo billings and accurate invoicing of cargo uplifts to maximize cargo revenues collection and recoveries.
• Uphold industry, interline bilateral rules and pricing and sales conditions in all processing, computations and evaluation to maximize revenues.
• Carry out quality check and reviews on processed revenues to ensure accounted revenues, sales, refunds and interline bills raised are accurate
• and ensure continued and assured revenues from the loyal and satisfied customers.
• Control and manage accountable cargo and passenger sales document stock to ensure stock availability and no revenue loss associated with stock out.
• Batch and file fully processed sales returns, manifests and refunds for safe custody, ease of reference and statutory compliance
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your team leader
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
• Accuracy in passenger uplifts revenue reporting
• Accurate and improved interline bill processing
• Accuracy sales and reduced adverse processing LGR (Loss/gain on refund and re-issues) effects.
• Reduction of interline rejections to less than 2%.
• Completeness of weekly uplifts by the 7th of working day after uplifts.
• Timely weekly billings as per the IATA calendar.
• Timely refund computation and processing per set rules

ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:

•To ensure efficient & effective transit of passengers in compliance with carriers policies/procedures and customer expectations
•To ensure efficient & effective passenger service in compliance with carriers policies/procedures and customer airlines approved SLA.
•To ensure compliance with safety & security standards in our operations to comply with relevant statutory and industry requirements.
•To protect and enhance revenue collection to meet Company and Customer airlines targets.
•To effectively communicate relevant aspects of service delivery internally and externally to meet customer expectations.

POSITION: REVENUE OPTIMIZATION ANALYST
REPORTS TO: LEAD OFFICER, REVENUE OPTIMIZATION
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM
ROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT
To create Revenue Optimization Strategies using Inventory Control and Pricing levers and Apply the same in order to deliver Revenue, Average Fare, Passenger Volume and Growth targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
• Formulate and Implement Revenue Optimization Strategies for assigned routes
• Research and Define Clearly the Market Conditions including a definition of Precision Air’s Competitive Positioning in the same. This must be done at a detailed level at least once every quarter and updates effected throughout as may be necessary.
• Create and Maintain an Accurate data bank of relevant Metrics / Analytics which go into the Demand and Optimization modules of the Revenue Management System as Optimization Variables.
• Analyse Seasonal and General Trends in Demand, Traffic Flow Patterns, Average Fare paid by Passengers and Precision Air’s Market Share position so as to exploit opportunities while minimizing the impact of any identified threats.
• Participate in the delivery of the company’s Commercial Goals by giving Route Capacity Adjustments and Promotion and Sales Leads inputs to Network Planning and Sales so as to maximize opportunities and minimize impact of threats
• Participate actively in the company Revenue budget process to ensure Revenue Management strategies are in line with the company’s business plan.

• Delivery on Revenue, Average Fare and Passenger Numbers Targets
• Timely Completion and Depth of the Quarterly Revenue Optimization Strategies
• Level of Year-to-Year Growth achieved for assigned Routes
