1. Marketing Director
Primary responsibilities
• Developing and driving a market strategy
• Coordinating/leading the designing of campaigns for brands
and products
• Developing and implementing communication plans
• Advising Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer on

• Building and managing marketing teams
Skills set and experience
• Degree in Business Administration
• At least eight (8) years of work experience in marketing, preferably in
telecommunication industry in Africa
• Knowledge in prepaid telecommunication
• Proven track record

2. Finance Controller
Primary responsibilities
• Maintaining financial ledgers and accounting processes
• Preparing monthly consolidated P & L and balance sheets
• Producing statutory and internal financial reports
• Undertaking financial modelling and analyses
• Ensuring appropriate financial systems and internal controls are
implemented and maintained
• Building and managing financial teams
Skills set and experience
• Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
and professional qualification such as like
CPA, FCA, ACCA
• At least eight (8) years of work experience in finance, preferably in
telecommunication industry in Africa
• Proven track record

3. Head - Business Analytics
Primary responsibilities
• Developing and reviewing relevant business cases and ROI analysis
• Creating and presenting reports and ad hoc information as required
• Managing production of monthly board pack to include both financial
and operating data, with appropriate commentary
• Developing understanding of the key drivers to improve accuracy of
the forecasting process
• Developing regular reporting and knowledge of the financials of other
areas of the business with a view to identifying opportunities to
improve the financial performance of those areas
• Leading preparation of key management presentations to review the
business against key strategic priorities
• Building and managing business analysis teams
Skills set and experience
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration plus CPA, ACCA
• At least eight (8) years of work experience in business analysis,
preferably in telecommunication industry in Africa
• Proven track record

4. Business Analyst
Primary responsibilities
• Assist in developing and reviewing relevant business cases and
ROI analysis

Primary responsibilities
• Developing and driving revenue management reporting system
• Improving dataflow and developing data sets to support quick
decision making
• Supporting prince decisions and revenue management
decision making
• Building and managing a revenue support team
Skills set and experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance and
CPA or ACCA
• At least 6 years work experience , preferably in
telecommunication industry
• Proven track record

6. Tax Manager
Primary responsibilities
• Keeping the Company compliant with various tax regulations
• Developing policies for dealing with various areas relating to taxes
• Performing estimations, analysis, planning and research relating to tax
• Investing new tax laws and development
Skills set and experience
• Degree in Taxation, Finance or Economics and
CPA or ACCA
• At least 6 years work experience, preferably in
telecommunication industry
• Proven track record
• Building and managing a tax team

7. Senior Legal Manager
Primary responsibilities
• Assisting and advising operational teams on all legal issues
• Drafting and reviewing contract documentation/agreements
• Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects relating to the Company and
as required by law
• Reviewing cases and providing advice accordingly
• Providing and interpreting various legal information
• Leading the process to identify legal risks and how to mitigate them
Skills set and experience
• Degree in Law and registration as a high court advocate
• At least 8 years work experience, preferably in
telecommunication industry
• Proven track record
• Building and managing a tax team
