Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key result areas: Service and repair Hiline 45 machine. Service and repair Perkins Generator. Repairs all the broken down mechanical equipment •      Repair defective system •     Checks the engineers logbook and attends to problems therein •     Responds to production problems reported by press technicians •     Ensures the safety and security of people and equipment through professional work ethics •     Service and repair generator and air compressor Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Academic:   Diploma in MechanicalEngineering Experience: 1to 3 years working experience Marketing Assistant- 2 Posts Position Description : Mwananchi Communications Limited, a subsidiary of Nation Media Group, and the publishers of leading Tanzanian newspapers, Mwananchi, Mwanaspoti and The Citizen wishes to recruit suitably qualified individuals who are result oriented, dynamic and self-driven with proven track records and attributes to excel in a highly competitive environment. Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key result areas : Analyze market share data as gathered by circulation to give a clear report on the trends in relation to the market conditions and the stories of the month. Analyze the market share data on advertising on print media to give a clear report on the gaps in relation to the market conditions and potential markets. Conduct and supervise all marketing promotional activities and give a full report on the impact of the promotion. Prepare all media schedules of the brands both in-house and external to ensure that the campaigns run as per schedule. Collect information on special reports and stories from the different brands to allow for briefing for advertisements to promote content. Supervise movement of all promotional items from the store to ensure effective use of this.         · Coordinate all in-house marketing research that can be used to give valuable information to the strategies of the company. To drive night production workers from MCL premises to designated places. To drive company staff on official duties. Perform all assigned duties on time  without deviating to unauthorized route  as assigned by the Supervisor Ensure vehicle  assigned  is inspected  by  filling necessary  documents and  reporting any defects. Ensure the newspaper parcels distributed are verified in quantity and type. Be responsible for loading and offloading newspaper parcels being distributed on first in last out  order for efficient drops en route. Perform any other duties  as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Academic: '0' Level Certificate Driving school certificate with a driving License.
